On Sunday, December 17, 2023, Professor Govindasamy Tamizhmani visited the Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura University, as part of continuation of the activities of Arizona Energy Excellence Agreement, which includes the universities of (Ain Shams, Mansoura and Aswan) with the University of Arizona in the United States.
The visit activities began with Prof. Dr. Sherif El-Badawy, Interim Dean of the Faculty, receiving Prof. Govindasamy Tamizhmani in his office, then heading to the solar energy laboratory. This was followed by a meeting which was held in Prof. Dr. Rashad El-Badrawy’s hall, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Sahar Sedqi, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Amira. The Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Dr. Mohamed Mustafa, coordinator of Arizona Agreement at Mansoura University, and a group of distinguished faculty members, assisting staff, and students,(6) distinguished professors, researchers, and students in the bachelor’s level gave a presentation on the latest research findings. In the field of solar energy, then Professor Govindasamy Tamizhmani gave a presentation on modern techniques in cleaning solar cells.
