In the light of the sustainable development plan "Egypt Vision 2030", which requires the formation of an efficient administrative system that, in turn, contributes to achieving development and responds to citizens. As universities are at the forefront which is responsible for achieving the goals, standards and indicators of Egypt’s vision within the framework of the values ​​of giving, belonging and excellence. Based on the decision of the Faculty Council on August 17, 2020, the establishment of the Strategic Future Unit (SFU) at the Faculty of Engineering - Mansoura University was approved. In order to keep pace with developments and develop human capabilities through the unit to encourage an atmosphere of positive, constructive competition and to consolidate the principles and values ​​of excellence in the faculty. In addition to supporting internal and external institutional competitiveness, teamwork and participation in The "Egypt Award for Government Excellence" competition - which is organized annually - not only at the level of institutions, but also at the level of individuals and all categories of the award.
