Quality in high learning
Throughout the periodic meetings for culturing the concepts of quality P.A.Dr / Mohammed Abdalazeem ,the manager of the assuring quality unit gave a symposium about ''quality in high learning on Tuesday 21/5/2013 in attendance of P.Dr/Zaki Mohamed ZIdan the dean of the faculty and P.Dr/MAGDY Alazzab ,the faculty's representative for environmental affairs and society's service and a number of the teaching staff members and the assistants at the faculty:
- Introducing quality in general
- Exposing the different models of quality in high learning and introducing a complete method for applying quality in high learning
- Practical discussion about quality in high learning and the improvements that it offers in leaning system
Symposium's axes :
- Introducing quality and the different between assuring quality and quality supervising
- Introducing the different models of quality
- Introducing the way of applying quality in high learning
- The whole elements of quality in high learning
- Suggestions for applying quality
- Primary self-assessment for academic programs
- Improving a strategic plan for asserting quality
Recommendations:
- The need of applying quality in high learning
- The need of asserting following up attendants and make use of such lectures
- The need of asserting the practical application and working on achieving the discriminations of accreditation that are put by the national legation for assuring quality and accreditation
- Uploading these lectures on the electronic web site to make use of it at a large scale.
Evaluating the attendants to the symposium:
- Attendants are good and the lecturer is obliged to the topic of the symposium that is announced
- The topic of the symposium was shown simply to all the grades to the attendants
- The importance of the symposium was shown at the level of attending, obligation to the specified time , remarkable experiments and the discussion between lecturer and attendants.
