A unit of a special nature with its technical, financial and administrative independence affiliated to the Faculty of Engineering - Mansoura University, established in 1988 with 28 years of experience.
The center was established with the approval of the Faculty of Engineering Council No. (150) on 20/9/1987, Mansoura University Council No. (154) on 30/9/1987, and the approval of the Supreme Council of Universities in its session No. (302) on 30/9/1987.
