National Board for Quality Assurance and Accreditation completed the second celebration in which University Presidents and Deans of accredited faculties were honored; this was under the patronage of Eng. Sharif Ismail, the Prime Minister, and President of the Conference, Prof. Johansen Eid, board chairman, Prof. Azza Agha, head of high education affairs board. This ceremony was at Ain Shams University on Sunday, January 29, 2017.

The Council also agreed to grant the university awards for the best PhD thesis and best Master Thesis

Prof. Mohammed Ibrahim El-Saied, Dean of the faculty, has honored both Prof. Mohamed Nabil Saad Edin Sabri (Professor of mechanical forces and former manager of Mechatronics Engineering Program) and Mr. Ashraf Tawfiq El-Deeb, former general manager of the faculty. This was on the sidelines of faculty Council a session No. (503), on Monday, December 12, 2016.

The dean has emphasized full support of Prof. Mohamed Sabri sovereignty as a manager of university Nanotechnology Center wishing constantly advancement and distinction. At the end, the dean honors them faculty shield, also souvenir pictures was taken with them.

In the framework of continuous cooperation, between the African sector of the Foreign Ministry and your faculty , our embassy in Port Louis had reported that "Utility Regulation Board" announced an available function .It is a temporary appointment for three years under the title "Utility Regulation Authority director."
