Excellence and leadership in the field of structural engineering and sustainability at the local and regional levels.
Mission:
Prepare a distinguished graduate in the field of structural engineering through an advanced educational process that keeps pace with the local and regional labor market and community service.
Objectives:
1. Prepare engineers and researchers familiar with modern technology in the field of specialization, which is witnessing continuous development in both scientific and applied aspects to meet the needs of the local and international labor market under the vision of Egypt 2030.
2. Qualify students to understand the system, behavior, analysis, design, construction and development in all of the following fields (construction analysis and mechanics - materials engineering and technology - reinforced concrete structures - steel and metal structures - construction engineering and management - geotechnical engineering).
3. Provide an integrated study program that includes theoretical information as well as technical skills that enable the student to acquire the capabilities and skills necessary to achieve a successful career future.
4. Ensure that the ILOS describes a set of skills that students are expected to have acquired upon graduation.
5. Teach graduates the principle of sustainability in their projects and designs in the field of structural engineering consequently, they will contribute to the well-being of their society and the protection of their profession through practicing engineering responsibly and honestly with professional institutions.
