On April 20, 2026, at noon in Rashad El-Badrawi Hall, Dean Prof. Dr. Sherif Massoud El-Badawy hosted a ceremony honoring the Faculty of Engineering's first-place win in the 4th Excellence Government Institution Award (Government Faculties).

Attendees included Vice Deans Profs. Ibrahim El-Kalla, Mohamed Hassan Mansour, and former Vice Dean Sahar Sedki; Strategic Planning Director Assoc. Prof. Bishoy El-Kiss and team; security head Ashraf El-Khellawy, General Director Mustafa Attiyah; and all unit/department directors.
