Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Cherif Khater, President of Mansoura University, and Prof. Dr. Tarek Ghalwash, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and with the coordination of Prof. Dr. Sherif El-Badawy, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, the International Relations Office received a delegation from McMaster University in Canada. The delegation included Dr. Moataz Mohamed, Assoc. Prof. at the Department of Civil Engineering, accompanied by Dr. Osama Al-Rawi Shahda, Assoc. Prof. at the Department of Public Works Engineering and Coordinator of the Agreement.

The delegation was welcomed by Assoc. Prof. Mohamed Gar El-Alam, Director of the International Relations Office, and Assoc. Prof. Yusra El-Far, Deputy Director of the Office.

The visit aimed to explore potential avenues for academic and research collaboration between the two universities in areas of mutual interest, open new horizons for student and faculty exchange, and establish joint research projects that serve the shared vision of both institutions in achieving excellence and innovation.

The visit also included a tour of the “Notcher” Digital Postgraduate Studies Platform studio, where Dr. Yusra El-Far, the platform’s Executive Director, showcased its technological capabilities and its role in providing advanced and globally accessible academic and research content. Dr. Moataz Mohamed expressed his admiration for the platform’s advanced infrastructure.
