The ceremony was attended by a number of prominent figures namely: Prof. Dr. Nisreen Salah Omar, Member of the Egyptian parliament, Eng. Mervat Azer, Member of the Egyptian Parliament, Prof. Dr. Al-Shaarawy Kamal, Executive Director of University Hospitals, Mr. Nasser Shaaban, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Dakahlia, Dr. Fatima Nayel, Director of the Central Administration for Technical Education Development, Prof. Dr. Wael Zakaria, Director of the Three Medical Centers, Eng.
