Within the framework of the determination of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Azim, Dean of the Faculty, to make an unprecedented qualitative leap that we have not experienced before in the Center for Studies, he held a meeting with its staff today, Sunday, February 12, 2023, where he explained several organizational and technical matters to ensure efficient performance, starting with his excellency’s explanation of how to archive all files, adjust the work map, and how to file all documents of operations and engineering projects in it. He also emphasized the need to apply the ethical code of engineering based on fairness in the distribution of rewards in return for work, not for the names of people. His Excellency stressed the necessity and importance of self-esteem in dealing with contractors, the need to uphold the value of cooperation and tolerance within the work environment at the Center for Studies to avoid anything else, because the success of performance and the achievement of steps for success come only from a pure soul and a clear mind.
