Vision

The vision for the Center of Excellence for Energy (COE) is to catalyze Egypt's transition to a sustainable energy future by fostering a robust clean energy innovation ecosystem. This involves enhancing the capabilities of Egyptian universities to produce high-quality research, develop skilled professionals, and implement evidence-based policies. COE aims to collaborate with government and industry partners to drive modernization and stimulate economic growth.

Mission

The center's mission is to stimulate, facilitate and support the creation of a work environment that supports innovation in the field of clean energy in Egypt by investing in the human cadres, whether in the field of scientific research or at the level of the educational process provided faculty students, through partnerships among the various scientific disciplines at the university as well as industrial partnerships and international exchange.
