- To Contact the offices of the Egyptian cultural representation worldwide for activating Scientific cooperation and student exchange.
- To strengthen ways of cultural and scientific cooperation with the cultural representation of different countries Offices.
- To Contact with all the concerned departments in the university to facilitate and direct the procedures of received papers , speed of its review , issuance of admissions decisions and certificates of graduation.
- To provide instructions for the different services (treatment - cultural - entertainment) which are available to students in the university.
