The study in the program is assisted by several advanced laboratories such as the chemistry lab, physics lab, measurements lab, electronics lab, and the virtual lab.  In addition to a specialized laboratory for medical engineering, which is a microcosm of a distinct operating room, and a laboratory containing a three- dimension printer to serve and display graduation projects.   The program's main aim is to form the personality of its students, so activities had a distinguished role in their lives, where new students are received through a special ceremony in addition to an annual artistic ceremony for talents with the presence of a theater team of students.

On the scientific level, the annual conference for medical engineering is held, which is attended by representatives of major operating companies in the field and hundreds of students from the corresponding departments, in addition to various sports and social activities that meet all the needs of the students, paying attention to the distinguished, honoring them annually, supporting the stumbling students scientifically, psychologically, and financially.

The administration also paid attention to practical training to link both the theoretical side and the practical side, as hundreds of program students were trained within Mansoura University Hospitals, in addition to training in all institutions and companies related to the field of biomedical engineering.   Moreover, job opportunities were provided for the distinguished graduates of the program.
