The meeting convened on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the Faculty Council room, chaired by Prof. Sherif Massoud El-Badawy, Dean. Attendees included Vice Deans, Department Heads, Program Directors, Emeritus Professors, and external company representatives.

The Dean opened by:

- Welcoming attendees and congratulating them ahead of Eid al-Fitr.
- Offering condolences for recent losses in the faculty.
- Issuing instructions to improve the educational process for students' benefit.
- Congratulating promotions and appointments: Assoc. Prof. Mahmoud Abdel-Hady Ibrahim (Associate Professor, Math & Eng. Physics); Prof. Amira Yassin Heikal (Deputy Governor of Alexandria); Prof. Mohamed Hassan Mansour (Vice Dean, Education & Students); Prof. Ibrahim Lotfi Elkalla (Vice Dean, Grad Studies & Research); Eng. Mostafa Attia Mohamed Attia (General Manager); Dr. Alaa Abdel-Ghany El-Saeed (Deputy Director, Biomedical Eng. Program).
- Thanking former General Manager Dr. Nasser El-Badwehy for his contributions.
