Faculty members and researchers who meet the eligibility requirements are highly encouraged to apply for these prestigious honors, which celebrate scientific excellence and outstanding contributions across Egypt.

- Nile Awards
- Number of awards: 2
- Value: EGP 500,000 and gold medal (each)
- Fields: Basic, agricultural, medical, and engineering sciences; advanced technological sciences

- State Appreciation Awards
- Number of awards: 10
- Value: EGP 200,000 and gold medal (each)
- Fields: Sciences (basic, agricultural, medical, engineering: 5 awards), advanced technological sciences (5 awards)

- State Excellence Awards
- Number of awards: 7
- Value: EGP 100,000 and silver medal (each)
- Fields: Sciences (basic, agricultural, medical, engineering), advanced technological sciences (3 awards)

- State Incentive Awards
- Number of awards: 40
- Value: EGP 50,000 (each)
- Fields: Sciences and advanced technologies (mathematics, physics, chemistry, geology, biology, agriculture, medicine, engineering)
- Eligibility: Applicant must not exceed 40 years of age on 31 December 2025

- Pioneer Awards
- Number of awards: 4
- Value: EGP 100,000 (each)
- Fields: Basic, agricultural, medical, engineering sciences
- Eligibility: Senior scientists with significant developmental, scientific, or technological achievements

- Women Awards
- Appreciation Awards for Women: 4 awards, EGP 50,000 each (agriculture, health, water and energy, social sciences); nominee must be over 45 years old by 31 December 2025
- Incentive Awards for Women: 4 awards, EGP 30,000 each (same fields); applicant must not exceed 45 years of age by 31 December 2025
