The Faculty of Engineering at Mansoura University welcomed a delegation from TH Köln – University of Applied Sciences, Germany, represented by Prof. Lars Ribbe and Dr.-Ing. Hassan Aboelnga, within the framework of the iWater project and the Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) Master’s Program. The visit, held under the patronage of Prof. Cherif Khater, President of Mansoura University, and Prof. Tarek Galoush, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies, was led by Prof. Sherif El-Badawy, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, and organized by Assoc. Prof. Reda Diab, member of the iWater project.

The visit included an academic seminar on transdisciplinary approaches to innovation in water management, laboratory tours in hydraulics and sanitary engineering, and discussions on expanding the joint Master’s program supported by DAAD. The event reflects Mansoura University’s ongoing commitment to advancing international partnerships and sustainable solutions for Egypt’s water sector.
