The project idea is based on developing a smart system based on artificial intelligence (AI) techniques to automatically detect, classify, and analyze malware, while identifying tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and linking them directly to the MITRE ATT&CK framework. This is all done without any human intervention.

This project helps address several problems faced by traditional security systems, such as: poor ability to detect unknown malware (Zero-Day Malware), reliance on manual rules, ease of system circumvention, and high resource consumption.

The system relies on two complementary AI models:

  1. A Natural Language Processing (NLP) model, which achieved up to 95% accuracy in malware recognition.
  2. A Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model, which achieved nearly 94% accuracy.
