Mansoura University announced that the Faculty of Engineering has obtained 6 new ISO certificates in the fields of :
1. ISO-56002 Innovation Management Systems
2. ISO-37000 Governance of Organizations
3. ISO-37001 Anti-Bribery Management Systems
4.ISO-22301 Security and Resilience Business Continuity Management Systems
5.ISO-27001 Information Security Management Systems
6. ISO-50001 Energy Management Systems.
This comes as a continuation of the distinction and leadership of Mansoura University as a scientific and educational edifice, in addition to its pioneering role in developing electronic systems and activating modern management systems according to the highest standards of quality and institutional excellence. Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, stressed the endeavor of all sectors of the university to develop all programs and systems in order to achieve the best performance rates for institutional excellence and quality of services, and the university's keenness to organize and develop work in all sectors.
Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Azim, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, indicated that obtaining 6 new ISO certificates reflects a continuation of the development plan set by its wise leadership and a continuation of its being a source for scientists and innovators as well, this goes in line with its celebration of the Golden Jubilee.
Pointing out that the faculty has witnessed unprecedented developments in various fields as one of the most important scientific institutions concerned with qualitative programs, technology and innovations, which contributes greatly to the scientific development of all fields of scientific and practical study, this helps in contributing to the creation of distinguished generations of researchers who develop many programs that benefit society as a whole according to the presidential strategy of the new republic, which relies on science as the basis for progress. He added that Mansoura Engineering had previously obtained three certificates in the fields of ISO-9001 Quality Management Systems, ISO-14001 Environmental Management, and ISO-45001 Occupational Safety and Health Management.
