Under the auspices and initiative of Dr. Abeer Tawakkol, Associate Professor of Electronics and Communications, Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura University, the activities of the first day of the summer course for children to learn the basics of technology, architecture and energy, ages 8 to 16 years took place at the work space, Specific Programs Building at the Faculty of Engineering.
The team work in charge of training and organization, received children with joy and love. The atmosphere was full of joy and energy as the children were eager to learn new ideas, that widen the scope of their knowledge providing them with the skills needed to experience manual work and gain self-confidence. The main aim of the course is to raise a generation with awareness of technology developments, capable of innovation in the future.
