In the midst of a joyful family atmosphere, the Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura University, organized a ceremony honoring the ideal mother on Wednesday, March 23, 2022. The ceremony included honoring (7) ideal mothers namely: Prof. Dr. Mervat Ragab Shousha a Professor in Structural Engineering Department.
Agricultural engineer, Omaima Mohamed, Director of the Agricultural Unit Department.
Mrs. Nahla Ghazi, Director of Graduate Affairs.
Mrs. Nabawiya Abu Al-Hamad, Secretary of the Services Center.
Mrs. Azza Fattouh, Technician in the Technical Workshops Unit.
Mrs. Nahed Ramadan in Public Affairs.
Mrs. Aziza Al-Sayed in public Affairs.

It is worth mentioning that His Excellency honored Prof. Dr. Sahar Sedky, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, with deep gratitude and thanks for her endless efforts and fruitful cooperation.

The honoring ceremony was held under the patronage and support of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim, Dean of the Faculty and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Sahar Sedky, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development at one o’clock in the afternoon in Prof. Dr. Rashad El Badrawy Hall. The ceremony is in line with the achievements witnessed by the Faculty of Engineering and the interest of the Dean of the Faculty in all aspects of science, research, construction, students and graduates, with attention to the work atmosphere, especially the human element and placing it as a priority that receives full attention and care.

The Dean of the Faculty, expressing his pride, reviewed the impressive and honorable record of the great women of the Faculty of Engineering, whether staff members or the administrative staff, and the extent of their effective and very important contribution to making the name of the Faculty of Engineering.

His Excellency offered his sincere appreciation and greetings to all mothers who are considered a symbol of giving, struggle, overcoming the difficulties of life circumstances and self-affirmation.

Then, His Excellency congratulated women who were chosen as ideal mothers wishing them the best, he expressed full readiness and welcome to provide all kinds of support at any time, whether in matters related to the work environment or special circumstances at human level.

The honoring meeting ended with offering certificates of honor by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Sahar Sedky, Vice Dean of the Faculty, and Mr. Nasser Al-Badawihi, Director General of the Faculty, taking photos in addition to presenting symbolic gifts accompanied by flowers. As an expression of the warm honor of this fragrant occasion.
The award ceremony ended at about two o'clock in the afternoon.
