The Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura University, organized a day to honor the faculty’s employees who have reached the retirement age in previous years, on 10/3/2022. Prof. Dr. Mohammad Abdel Azim proposed to hold and implement the honoring ceremony, this is due to his belief in the necessity for previous generations to communicate with the current generations under the umbrella of the great entity,the Faculty of Engineering. It is also a sign of appreciation for their invaluable efforts during their employment.

The ceremony is an unprecedented work that has never happened before. It is considered a humanitarian social work which took place under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Sahar Sidqi, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.

In order to document this emotional memory, honorary certificates were distributed to all the attendees, by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim, Dean of the Faculty, with the participation of Prof. Dr. Sahar Sedky, Vice Dean of the Faculty, Mr. Nasser Al-Badawehy, Director General of the Faculty, and Mr. Ashraf El-Deeb, Director General of Mansoura University President Office.
The ceremony ended at about three o'clock in the afternoon
