Prof. Sherif Massoud El-Badawy and Prof. Ibrahim Lotfi El-Kalla met with the fourth round of the Internal Fund Project in the Faculty Council Hall. This sets the stage for signing contracts starting March 1, 2026, to support scientific research and sustainable efficiency.

Discussions covered maximizing project benefits for national research, pursuing local/international funding, and boosting faculty competitiveness in priority areas.

Assoc. Prof. Asmaa Ali El-Awady, Director of the Energy Center of Excellence, presented key funding opportunities in energy and sustainability, including application tips and alliance-building strategies.

The Dean stressed unified efforts on national priorities, calling the project a platform for excellence and impactful teams. The group then signed 11 contracts in his office amid a collaborative vibe, with photos taken to mark the launch.

This round advances institutional development and research leadership.
