Building and Construction Engineering
The Building and Construction Engineering program qualifies for a new bachelor's degree in the field of engineering. It is based on the credit hour system of study. Since the fields of engineering extend to many topics, several elective courses are designed to cover all fields of engineering.
The program offers several necessary courses in the first three levels to provide students with the basics required to study in it. At the end of the third and fourth levels, several elective and basic design courses must be selected.
The program links three major disciplines with close links and depends on several participating core courses, these disciplines are:
- Structural Engineering
- Construction engineering including construction project management
- Architecture
The program serves (8) laboratories distributed among the departments and the specific programs building, which are as follows:
Virtual Lab
Chemistry Lab
Physics Lab
Space Lab
Road Lab
Resistance and Concrete Lab
Foundation Lab
Irrigation and Hydraulics Lab
