Delta University for Science and Technology has announced it will hold its first international conference titled “The Societal Impacts of Artificial Intelligence” on Saturday and Sunday, 21–22 November 2026, at the university campus.
The conference aims to highlight the deep effects of artificial intelligence across five key sectors: education, health, industry, energy, and the economy. It will provide an academic forum for researchers and professionals to present and discuss the latest research findings, innovations, and challenges in these areas. Through the sessions, participants will seek to understand the capabilities of modern technology and compare them with human skills, identifying where AI can complement human roles or replace them.
