Energy Excellence Convention Meeting to update the Strategic Plan for the Arizona Energy Excellence Convention
Within the framework of following up the implementation of the activities of the Energy Excellence Agreement between the Egyptian universities Ain Shams, Mansoura, Aswan and the University of Arizona in the United States, a periodic strategic plan update meeting was held on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at the Nile Ritz-Carlton Hotel, in the presence of Dr Sayfe and Dr Ryan, Dr. Garey, who are responsible for modern teaching methods in Arizona Energy Excellence Agreement.With the participation of Dr. Tamer Al-Nadi, the new technical advisor of the agreement, Ms. Dalia Al-Tayeb, the executive director of the agreement,
and the presence of delegates from the universities of Ain Shams, Mansoura and Aswan. Representatives of of Mansoura University were Prof. Dr. Sahar, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development and Director of the Renewable and Sustainable Energy Engineering Program, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Hassan Mansour, Director of the Mechatronics Program, Prof. Dr. Akram El-Metwally Head of the Electrical Engineering Department.
During the meeting, the activities of the agreement were discussed in the next phase in terms of developing the Center of Energy Excellence, holding workshops on modern education methods, equipping laboratories, supporting research projects, and updating energy-related materials regulations. The meeting ended at exactly three in the afternoon.
