Esteemed professors and dear colleagues.
Some amendments have been added to the call for research proposals for the Center of Energy Excellence funded by USAID (changes are written in green), and the most important amendments are summarized as follows:

1. Extending the deadline for submitting research proposals until February 9.
   
   
2. Flexibility in the number of members of research teams. (faculty members and students)
   
   
3. Flexibility in the salaries of the research team members.
   The invitation is attached after modification.
