Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ashraf Abdel Basset, President of Mansoura University, and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering a cooperation protocol was signed between the Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura University and Louisville University in the United States to grant a double degree at the undergraduate level to students of communications, computers and medical engineering.
