The counselor, Mohamed Gameel , the head of the central agency for organization and administration decided setting new controls for the complains of the government workers at the areas of their work , the most notable among them "it should be written and involves the name of the complainer , his job, his address , his national number , determining the issue of the complain and its reasons and his accurate demands with attaching the documents the asserts his complain , his complain also shouldn’t contain any unsuitable words or any impolite behavior towards the administrative leaders"
