In line with the Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura University's commitment to enhancing its media operations and building the skills of staff involved in news preparation and drafting, a workshop was held on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in Prof. Dr. Saeed Ashour Meeting Hall.

The workshop was presented by Ms. Doaa Al-Gharbawy, Director of the Media Office at the University President's Office and Director of University Media Center. It targeted administrative staff from the main offices, department secretariats, special programs secretariats, and related departments responsible for preparing and drafting college news.

Key topics covered included the proper foundations for writing and crafting news, methods for verifying information accuracy, sound media publishing guidelines, and effective ways to communicate with the university's Media Center. This aims to produce professional media content that accurately and distinctively reflects the faculty's activities.

The workshop supports stronger collaboration and integration between the Faculty of Engineering and Mansoura University's Media Center, promoting unified messaging, experience sharing, and overall improvement in the university's institutional media system.
