Within its academic and cultural activities, the Faculty of Engineering at Mansoura University held an interactive lecture on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, titled:
"Occupational Burnout: Awareness and Prevention”, delivered by Prof. Amr Aly Sarhan, former Dean of the Faculty of Medicine – Mansoura University, in the Prof. Rashad Elbadrawy.

The event was attended by a large gathering of faculty members, teaching assistants, and postgraduate students. The speaker addressed several key topics, including:
- An introduction to occupational burnout
- Consequences and effects of burnout
- Risk factors
- Ways to prevent, manage, and treat burnout

The lecture concluded with practical advice and guidance that helped raise awareness among attendees about the importance of preventing occupational burnout and maintaining mental and professional well-being.
