In a joyful and proud atmosphere, and as a testament to the deep human and social ties within the family of the Faculty of Engineering at Mansoura University, the faculty organized a delightful ceremony on Sunday, August 17, 2025, to honor the children of faculty members, administrative staff, and workers who successfully passed the General Secondary Education Certificate, Al-Azhar certificate, and technical diplomas for the 2025 batch. The event was held in the hall of Prof. Dr. Rashad Al-Badrawy.
The celebration took place under the patronage and participation of Prof. Sherif Massoud Al-Badawy, Dean of the Faculty, organized and attended by Prof. Amira Yassin Haikal, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environment Development Affairs, in the presence of Dr. Nasser El-Badwehy, General Manager of the Faculty, as well as the parents of the students.
The event began with a welcoming speech by the Vice Dean, who congratulated the students and their families and offered many pieces of advice and guidance for the students’ future. This was followed by a speech from Prof. Abed Nasr, former Vice President of Delta University, who shared in the children’s happiness and gave them a thoughtful bundle of important advice for their university future, delivered in the manner of a father speaking to his children. Then came the speech of the Dean of the Faculty, which expressed feelings of pride and honor for the students and their families, affirming that their success represents the success of the larger family of the Faculty of Engineering, wishing them a bright future full of excellence and achievements.
The ceremony was filled with joy and pride, as parents joined their children in the moment of honor, creating a scene that truly embodied the spirit of “one family.” Activities included heartfelt speeches, taking commemorative photos, and distributing certificates of appreciation to the students whose smiles and happiness marked the celebration.
