Models and steps of strategic planning

Through the periodical meetings for introducing quality concepts, Prof.Dr /Mohammed Abd al Azeem 'the manager of quality assurance unit' gave a speech about courses models and steps of strategic planning on Tuesday 11/6/2013 in the presence of Prof. Dr /Zaki Mohammed Zedan, the dean of the faculty and Prof. Dr / Magdy al Azzab 'the faculty's representative for environmental affairs and society's service and some members of the teaching staff and the assistant organization.

Symposium's aims :

1. Introducing the strategic planning.
2. Highlighting the strategic planning models in general.

2. Assuring the importance of observing the attenders and make use of these lectures 
3. The importance of assuring the study, analysis, and induction of the faculty's massage and vision through a questionnaire will be displayed at the next work shop, as a way of participate it's modification and formulations.
