The University Council, at its 632nd session held on 27 January 2026, has approved the designation of the University Performance Development Center at Mansoura University—specifically, its Composition, Translation, and Publishing Unit—as an accredited entity empowered to issue certificates in English for Academic Purposes. Such certification constitutes a prerequisite for the conferral of master's or doctoral degrees.
