Following the memo dated 8/2/2026, the college coordinators are requested to begin the evaluation process for the 2024 published research on the electronic platform, with a deadline no later than 15/3/2026. Kindly ensure completion of the evaluations by the specified date.

We also inform you that the MyMans platform is now open to receive published research for the year 2025, starting from 1/7/2025. The platform will close on Tuesday, 30/6/2026, at 12:00 midnight.

No research submitted after the deadline will be considered.

Please remind participants from Mansoura University to complete the Approval uploaded on the platform. For those who have already finalized their submissions, the declaration can be submitted in paper form to the office of Prof. Dr., the Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research.
