Mansoura University Engineering College Achieves Major Milestone in Securing Competitive Research
The college takes pride in its members—faculty, assistant staff, and postgraduate students—who have been the first to secure funded research projects from esteemed local and international bodies, continuing the path of scientific and research excellence for both the college and the university.
Over the past three years (2022/2023 – 2023/2024 – 2024/2025), the total number of research projects involving the college’s affiliates has reached nearly 40 projects.
The value of these projects has exceeded 64 million Egyptian pounds, with funding sources including: the Research Fund at Mansoura University, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT), the Science, Technology, and Innovation Funding Authority (STDF) and its international cooperation projects, and the Higher Education Development Projects Management Unit at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
An achievement we all take pride in, demonstrating that the Faculty of Engineering – Mansoura University will always remain an environment that encourages creativity and distinguished scientific research, and a shining symbol in serving the community and the nation.
