According to the instructions of MR.prof.Dr/Mahmoud Almiligi vice university president for community service and environmental development ,there are some instructions for students that should be kept in mind with the beginning of the academic year and they are :-

• Its not permitted to be at the university square after finishing the last study period without standard permission by the competent at your faculty.
• Commitment to the proper appear and the proper behavior to keep the traditions of the great university and its banned to enter the university with the improper clothes like shorts and Bermuda…etc.
• commitment to being in the special places for student gathering.
• Smoking is banned at the university square and the closed places.
• Its banned to put legs on chairs at squares ,theatres or lectures.
• keeping the cleanness and safety of theatres and study halls .
• Don’t throw litters at ground and remember that when you throw litters at ground you curve a back of a cleaner to pick it.
• The immediate exit from halls and theatres after finishing lectures and being at the special places for student gathering.
• Keep calmness and commitment to university traditions and oblige to general rules ,manners and behavior.
• Keep lecture attendance and classrooms as whose percent of absence over 25%will be deprived of entering exam and student is warned when the percent over 15%.
• Its banned to enter amplifiers to university without permissions.
• The right to complain is ensured to student through suggestions and complaints office at administration building they are adjudicated according to rules.
