1. Submitting what proves your stay in Egypt for two study years at least
2. Gaining a standard bachelor in engineering and is equivalent by the higher ministry of universities in enrolling for diploma and in masters , he should have good estimate at least that is 2,70 total points with the equivalent master certificate in case of PHD.
3. Student determines if self-financing or by the expatriate area

The demanded papers :

• The five years estimates and the number of the study hours (certificate of curriculum)
• Copy of the passport and a documented birth certificate by the foreign office
• In case of PHD , a copy of the master certificate and all the documented certificates of the bachelor
• Filling two data and information applications of questionnaires on the website of cultural affairs sector and scholarships and( ibn al haytham ) system for postgraduate studies in the site of Mansoura university
• 14 sun photo
• Equivalent certificate from the higher ministry of universities (bachelor or master)
• The embassy book with the opinion of the cultural consultant of the student that shows if (scholarship or self-financing )
• Authorization with the irresponsibility of the faculty for the final accepting unless after Receiving the secure agreement and the equivalent certificate.

Date of application:

• The date of submitting the papers to enroll in the post graduate studies (diploma-master- PHD)from 1/7/2015 to 31/7/2015, this for enrolling in the first term that starts in the 4th week in September 
• From 1/12/2015 to 31/12/2015, this for enrolling in the second erm that starts in the 3rd week of February and lasts for 15 weeks
• The submitted applications after this time are discussed at the second term

study fees:

• 1700 sterling pounds for the first time
• 1300 sterling pounds annually for diploma
• 1500 sterling pounds as annual fees of master
• 2500sterling pounds as annual fees of PHD
