The Egyptian scientist Prof.Dr/Ahmed Zowil –the founder and the head of zowil city 's council for science and technology (Egypt's national project for scientific progress)decided to appoint Prof.Dr/Salah Ebeeh the professor at faculty of engineering –Mansoura university and who are in an endorsement at zowil's city as general leader to the search labs at zowil's city .

He has gained an international reputation in the field of nanophotonics) through a researches had been published at a grand international scientific periodic (118 research most of them in IEEE or IEE) , in addition to applying (140 essays in an international conferences and many of them according to a personal invitation to his mastership).
 Green Nanophtonics technology is the very specific special of his mastership ,has a good future as its smart and green and has a social branches at the same time . its expected that the( Green Nanophotonics( will play a vital and a main role in reshaping many of science fields that are related to the needs of the society directly ,for example : generating clean energy in a renewable ways by using a photoelectric cells have a great ability through picking (Quantum Dots) also , other fields like treating hard diseases like cancer become a stone's throw by using (Nanoplasmonics) in addition to the use of the( Green Nanophotonics )in designing a communication systems ha a wide extent to be convenient with the future applications that demands high speed data degree .
His mastership has gained many awards one of them the country encouraging award in geometric sciences in 2005 , the prize of the best PHD at mansoura university in2001,the country excellence award of geometric sciences in 2012 ,,the prize of Abd lhameed Shoman organization of geometric sciences in 2014(Jordan)and the country award for organizations and persons in the creation in the geometric sciences in 2014.
