The administration of the faculty of engineering agreed on starting a search project between civil and textile engineering departments , the research will be as a graduating project to the students at the 4tth year in civil engineering dept. who saw the idea as an attempt to keep the environment and reduce the restructure materials .

The Eco-friendly projects are projects aimed to using the natural environment that is represented in the renewable energy , and it aims to the lasting development, this through reducing the environmental pollutants and industrial waste by reusing them in other projects .

The project seeks to use the remains of the un used fibers ,there are many types of fibers (carbon , glass, ceramic ,polyester and polyamide ), polyester fibers will be used as it will be treated by the special plasma and this for changing the mechanical properties and adding advanced ones that are convenient with the building materials to increase its rate of affording the shocking strikes and making studies on the ratio of its resistance and its physical properties , adding them to the concrete in different rates to increase its resistance.
The fibers consists of a crystallized part and amorphous one, the first one is for strength and the second is for absorbing and elongation and the most prominent of its application is the military one that the students will start its study .
