Quality is an expression expresses something case even this thing is a product or service or organization or courses and or training programs or a level of performing work, as the good product is the one that achieve more than what the customer expects and also it means the ability of the product to do its job requirements, also applying the product to the laid specifications during the design and the degree of fulfilling the demands the beneficiary expects from services. in university education the product is the graduated student (graduate) whose level should fulfill the expectations of the consumer (society) and this through assuring the quality of curriculums ,courses ,method of teaching ,and evaluating and to be more able to identify quality we will expose the important definitions in this domain.

The standard definition of quality:

The group of specifications that should be included in the product or the service to make him perform his job to the fullest and satisfy the consumer .

QUALITY CONTROL

Is the techniques and practical activities that are used to make the permanent check to all the elements of the activity 

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Is an activity and a mean to make sure of the fulfillment of all the requirements and the  demanded standard criteria for the organization to achieve the organization's goal to get an outputs can satisfy the labor market and society needs

QUALITY IMPROVEMENT

The procedures and the executive activities that the organization makes to increase the effectiveness of the activities and the actions inside it to make benefit to the organization and the consumer   

ISO

This organization issued standard criteria for all the works and activities and ISO is the system of unifying the international measurement that is performed by the organization of products …etc., these international standards became the most common in use and any organization wants to gain documented certificate shows that it related to the international standards it gains it by ISO organizat

TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT

It’s a  philosophical thought that aims to improve the activity of the organization by using analytic and advanced statistic methods to gain the best results and involve all the elements of the system and its management to achieve the demanded quality

Measuring the performance of the organization in a specific domain compared with another system famous for its excellence at the same domain and so the legation can determine the level of its accomplish and working on improving its performance

It's an assessing process for the quality educative level of the organization, on the base of that the authority achieves the largest part of its goals and it has resources that enable it from continuing in future

Acknowledging that the programs of some educational organization has reached the minimum standards of efficiency and quality that were put by the accreditation certificate awarding authority
